Do you offer a bulk rate for multiple pets in the same household? Our current pricing starts as a base rate, with each additional pet incurring an additional charge. A quote will be provided at or after the meet and greet. Your booking will not be confirmed until you have agreed to the quoted rate.
Is there a max number of visits you can provide each day? Your specific care needs may be discussed at the meet and greet and we can map out a schedule for your individual situation. To date, 3 has been the max number of visits per day
Do you provide 24/7 care for my pets while I am away? Our staycation service in your home covers a minimum of 12 hours (overnight and a couple of pop-ins, 4 hours apart throughout the day). If you require 24/7 care, we can discuss at our meet and greet and determine the appropriate schedule and price for this service.
